About this treatment
Periodontics takes care of the gums and bone that hold your teeth. If your gums bleed, look swollen or have receded, you may have periodontal disease: an infection that, without treatment, can loosen teeth. At Burbano Dental Studio it is treated by our periodontist, Dr. Ingrid Ramos, with deep cleanings, gum surgery and regular maintenance. We also perform gingivectomies when the gums cover too much of the teeth.
