3. Appointments, cancellations and rescheduling

An appointment request submitted through the website or WhatsApp is a scheduling request: the appointment is confirmed only once the clinic confirms it through one of its official channels.

If you cannot attend, please contact us in advance on WhatsApp to reschedule your appointment.

To the maximum extent permitted by Colombian law, the clinic shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the site, the inability to use it, or decisions made based on its informational content without a prior professional evaluation.
